The Santiago office serves a broad range of clients across different industries, such as financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods. Most of our assignments aim to develop new strategies and to improve organizational and operational performance.

We are part of the McKinsey South Latin America office complex, which also includes the Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro offices. The South Latin America office complex, with almost 21 partners and more than 210 consultants, not only gives us a preeminent position in the region in terms of expertise and skills, but most importantly it gives our consultants the opportunity to access and learn from a broader and deeper pool of knowledge. Our office is fairly small compared to other McKinsey offices worldwide. We have 19 consultants, with a very broad mix of nationalities, and over 12 support staff members.

We encourage our consultants to interact with colleagues from other offices and we also offer them the opportunity to work in other countries. Furthermore, we are constantly thinking about our people and trying to find new ways to balance professional and personal life.
