McKinsey's New Jersey office, located 45 minutes west of Manhattan, is a young, rapidly growing, dynamic office with more than 300 consultants and practice experts. We pride ourselves on our diversity, with 44 nationalities represented and 6 women partners (20% of the New Jersey office leadership). Established in 1993, our office has developed solid relationships with pharmaceutical, consumer goods, retail, industrial, and chemicals companies in the area.

Over the last few years the New Jersey office has expanded and enhanced its capacity to better serve our clients by becoming an active member of the Business Technology Office as well as opening a new location in Philadelphia.
