McKinsey recently decided to create a new McKinsey Knowledge Center for Europe, Middle East and Africa in Wroclaw, Poland.  McKC EMEA will join our knowledge centers in China, India, and the Americas to form a global network of highly integrated knowledge hubs. Initially, knowledge professionals based at McKC EMEA will focus on delivering practice-dedicated research across our industry and functional knowledge domains to engagement teams worldwide. Over time, we expect additional KN service lines to be established at McKC EMEA.

Positions in McKC EMEA present an exciting opportunity to help shape the operations and organization of a new McKinsey location. As with any start-up, responsibilities will evolve rapidly and will likely include additional tasks not outlined explicitly in an individual’s job descriptions. We intend to build the McKC EMEA team with individuals who embrace this opportunity and possess the necessary capabilities and entrepreneurial flexibility to make the center a success.
