How Do I Apply?
The application and interview process for a position within McKinsey's Knowledge Network is rigorous but fair.
We take this process so seriously because we need to identify the very best candidates for our firm. At the same time, we recognize that you need to find the career path that will make the very most of your professional strengths while fulfilling your interests. Before you begin the formal application process, we encourage you to think about some important considerations.
Step 1:
Check for open positions and choose the position/location you wish to pursue. While we do accept unsolicited applications, the more specific you are about what interests you, the easier it will be for us to match your skills with the appropriate set of opportunities.
Step 2:
Gather information you will need to fill out your application, e.g., resume/CV, education information, test scores.

Apply using our online application process. Occasionally, you will be instructed to send your documents to the provided e-mail address or the contact person mentioned in the job description.
Step 4:
If you are called in for an interview, prepare for your interviews.
