What we do
We work with the leading organizations in Finland to solve the greatest challenges facing their senior management. Our goal is to be our clients' most trusted external advisor.

We work closely with our clients every step of the way. To build trust and deliver the best results possible, we work where they work. Being onsite is critical to understanding the challenges our clients face and collaborating on realistic and feasible solutions. To achieve enduring impact, we make sure our clients have enough input to own these solutions and the skills they need to make them work.

Our work doesn’t end when a study ends. We help implement solutions and we follow up to see how the recommendations are working and what impact they’re having. We stay connected with our clients because we believe deeply in doing what’s best for them—not just today, but in the long term.

More than a third of McKinsey projects in Finland help clients develop and reshape their corporate strategy. About a third of our client engagements focus on driving corporate finance initiatives and large scale operational transformations. The rest or our work involves counseling clients on organization and business technology. We are also engaged in at least one pro-bono activity annually.

It’s not all work
Working closely together in teams, consultants get to know their teammates well. But frequent team sports and office events—such as the cray fish party, retreats, Annual McKinsey Grand Prix Carting, and the European Sailing Regatta—all provide great opportunities to make friends in the firm.
