Lifestyle and Culture

You'll make friends that will last a lifetime

We spend a lot of time with each other—it’s the nature of our team-driven, client-focused culture. Our consultants work hard, but the bonds of friendship we develop while working together are powerful and often last a lifetime.

Our offices also create opportunities for us to get to know each other better. Informal lunches, drinks at the end of the week, celebrations, and retreats are all important ways we build and strengthen our friendships. Read on to find out more about the social and community activities that our Canadian offices participate in.

Values Day

Values Day is an annual event where consultants spend a day in their home office, free of client work, to reflect on our professional values and to reconnect with their colleagues.

Charity Events

Our consultants regularly participate in local charity events such as the Becel Ride for Heart and United Way CN Tower Stair Climb.

Canadian Office Retreat

Our entire consulting staff gathered in La Malbaie, Québec for our "Refresh, Re-energize, and Reconnect" retreat where we had the opportunity to enjoy the Canadian winter, catch up with old friends and make new ones across Canada.
