Engagement Diversity

The projects we do for clients are called engagements. In Benelux, engagements are diverse in both the range of industries our clients compete in and the functional capabilities we help them develop. The BeLux offices often assist clients outside the Benelux, which implies that our consultants are to be flexible when it comes to traveling abroad.

Our client work in Benelux covers all the industries served by our firm. With that global support behind us, we tend to specialize in telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, media, high tech, travel and logistics, energy, consumer goods, retailing, and packaging. We also serve public-sector and nonprofit organizations. While most of our private-sector work is with large, established companies, we are increasingly serving smaller, high-growth companies that are at critical stages in their development.

While an important part of our work concentrates on corporate strategy, we perform more specialized engagements as well, helping our clients in developing specific functional abilities ranging from marketing and sales to operations, corporate finance, organizational effectiveness, and business technology.

The Benelux locations also regularly assist cultural, educational, and medical institutions. Past and present clients include the World Wildlife Fund, the Antwerp Zoo, the Special Olympics, Artsen Zonder Grenzen/Medecins San Frontieres, the University of Antwerp, and the National Orchestra of Belgium.
