Alok Kshirsagar is a senior partner at McKinsey who has worked in our New York, London, and Mumbai offices. He leads client service for several major global companies located across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Alok is a leader in the People & Organizational Performance Practice in Asia, helping clients sustain transformational change by unlocking the potential of people through implementation excellence and capability building.

He is president of the National Association for the Blind in Karnataka. He serves on the board of PRS Legislative Research and is on the next-generation-leaders board of the Indian School of Business. The World Economic Forum named him a “Young Global Leader” in recognition of his commitment to international business and public policy.

Alok was a National Merit Scholar at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai and an Inlaks Scholar at the University of Oxford.
