Mrinalini leads McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice in India. Over the last two decades, she has worked closely with leading healthcare and financial services institutions across Asia on a wide range of topics including growth strategy, M&A, and delivering and sustaining transformational change at scale.
As a leader in the People & Organization Performance Practice, she has also helped companies across a broad range of industries link talent to value, shape healthy cultures, and build capabilities that unlock the potential of their people.
Prior to McKinsey, she worked in leadership consulting and healthcare investment banking in India where she advised Indian and international clients on a wide range of M&A and capital raising transactions.
