 This year's meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, explored the issues of security and prosperity, as well as the relation of one to the other. A group of McKinsey delegates joined the conference this year to provide our perspectives on vital issues that business leaders face in an increasingly interdependent world.
Among the topics our delegates addressed are: the benefits and challenges of offshoring; business opportunities and trends in China; and the balance between risk and control in managing corporations.
