Eric Roegner

Eric Roegner is a partner in the Cleveland office of McKinsey & Company. He joined the Firm in 1994 and has served primarily industrial and high-tech clients in North America and Europe.

Eric has made numerous presentations at external conferences and has published articles on an array of marketing/operational improvement topics. These topics include value mapping (linking marketing with product development) in automotive supply; building and capturing the value from solutions businesses; driving pricing change across an organization; and multiple sector/situation specific pricing issues (e.g., industrial pricing, transaction pricing, e-pricing, super-local market pricing, pricing in a downturn).

Prior to joining McKinsey, Eric worked as an operations engineer at Nordson Corp. in the U.S. and as a field engineer at Schlumberger Ltd. across South America.

Eric was awarded a joint Master's in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in the U.S. and the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands. He also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
