About Madhu
Madhu is a core leader of McKinsey’s Healthcare Practice. Based in Chicago, she serves healthcare insurer clients on a range of issues ranging from strategy to business performance improvement.
Her current work focuses on helping clients understand the technology and operational implications of healthcare reform, designing infrastructure capabilities needed by a healthcare payor to adopt various care models and reimbursement mechanisms with providers.
Recent client work includes identifying the informatics needs of healthcare insurers across business segments, exploring market opportunity and sizing for claims recovery space, defining a costing transparency system for a large integrated healthcare system, and implementing an operations program to transform customer experience for a leading national healthcare insurer.
