About Janaki

Janaki is based in McKinsey’s Silicon Valley office and is part of the Business Technology Practice where she leads the firm’s North American Enterprise Architecture work.

She helps companies modernize their complex IT systems by re-architecting and re-designing in a phased manner. Recent client experience includes leading a high-tech vendor’s entry into the private cloud space, leading the first phase of a large customer data integration transformation for a North American universal bank, and leading re-architecture at a very large public agency for transforming a debt management auction batch system.

Janaki is recognized as an industry thought leader in data driven management/architecture and speaks at industry leading conferences including: the Gartner 2008 BI Summit, Dell Foundation’s Performance Management Summit, and Microsoft’s Enterprise Architecture Forums.

She is chair elect of the Churchill Club and has been a member of the board of directors for several years.
