About Beth
Co-leader of the global Marketing & Sales Practice, Beth joined McKinsey’s New York office in 1984 and transferred to San Francisco in 1994. She has primarily served clients in consumer-facing industries, including financial services, telecom and healthcare, with a particular focus on marketing and strategy topics.
Beth also serves a number of leading not-for-profits and foundations around issues related to economic development. She served as chair of the United Way of the Bay Area and is on the board of the San Francisco Ballet. She is also chair of the trustees for McKinsey’s retirement plan and was formerly the leader of McKinsey’s San Francisco office.
