About Tommy
Tommy serves retail banking and insurance clients, primarily in operations, sales and marketing, and risk management, and is the location leader for the Charlotte office.
Tommy’s recent engagements include:
- Designing innovative small business card growth strategies
- Building end-to-end consumer and small business lending-credit-decision and process models for a leading bank in the Caribbean
- Supporting a leading insurance company in developing a growth strategy for their group benefits programs
- Developing programs to reduce first and second lien losses while preventing foreclosure for several mortgage companies by supporting improvements in risk segmentation, front line performance, loss mitigation strategies, and recovery processes
Tommy is a veteran who joined McKinsey after serving in the US Army. He spent 6 years as a board member for the Alexander Youth Network, a state level non-profit supporting at risk teenagers, and recently joined the board of the Charlotte Rescue Mission which runs several homeless shelters in Charlotte.
