About Brendan
Brendan is a leader in the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecom (TMT) practices in North America. He also coleads McKinsey’s iConsumer research, a comprehensive experience survey of digital consumer behavior.
Brendan has extensive experience supporting growth, strategy, and sales and marketing initiatives at a range of TMT clients, from consumer-electronics makers to satellite broadcasters. He is one of the firm’s leading experts on wireless-broadband technologies, mobile virtual-network operators, and the overall wireless ecosystem.
He has contributed to or led multiple programs for telecom clients related to improving consumer experience and loyalty. Recent efforts saw Brendan and his team support a call-center optimization initiative that improved overall service and increased customer loyalty for a wireless operator. Brendan also helped create an innovative loyalty program for integrated international cable operator.
Brendan participates in McKinsey knowledge-building efforts in the Consumer, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, and High Tech Practices. He has also published numerous internal pieces on operations and capabilities related to digital video distribution.
