He recently helped develop an end-to-end marketing ROI approach for one of the world’s top consumer goods companies, including modules for budget allocation to markets and categories and improved media selection. Björn also serves packaged goods clients on issues of corporate strategy and brand portfolio management, often drawing on advanced analytics in the area of consumer and product segmentation. In addition, he recently supported a global consumer electronics company in designing and implementing a new marketing and product-management organisation.
