If you have an undergraduate or masters degree, you’ll typically join us as a business analyst.

As a business analyst, you’ll work on client projects and help solve management problems. You’ll be a full member of a team and perform analytical work, participate in team meetings and present your recommendations to senior client executives.

After completing your apprenticeship as a business analyst, you could study for an MBA with financial support from us, complete an industry secondment or move directly to a role as an associate. We’ll help you find a path that supports your development and enables you to pursue your interests.

You don’t need a business degree to thrive here. If you are working towards a PhD or a DPhil, a role as a junior associate may appeal to you.

Junior associates lead a key portion of an engagement. They apply creative problem-solving skills, develop conclusions into recommendations and work with senior leaders to implement change. We provide dedicated training programmes to ensure that if you join us without a business background, you’ll hit the ground running.
