About Pascal
With a background in electrical engineering, Pascal focuses mainly on the telecom, high tech, and media sectors, and serves companies across Europe and Africa.
Much of Pascal’s work has involved supporting clients with the development of their growth strategies. He frequently works on the development and launch of new value propositions, advising on pricing schemes, promotion design, and communication plans. He also assists clients with repositioning their brand and developing their marketing strategies.
Another area of focus for Pascal is achieving sales excellence. His work has included advising a consumer goods company on implementing lean retail formats, helping a telecom operator to transform its store network, and supporting a fixed-line company in upgrading its “shop within a shop” distribution channel. Pascal also leads our work on benchmarking the telecom sales channel.
Before joining McKinsey, Pascal completed a master's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in advanced studies in management, technology, and economics, followed by a doctorate in natural sciences. He has lived and studied in Switzerland, the UK, Singapore, and the US.
