About Laura
Laura is a principal in our Zurich office and serves leading pharmaceutical and generics companies on strategic and commercial topics. Her recent projects include advising a client on entering new business areas including biosimilars, helping a global pharmaceutical company redesign its operating model, supporting the launch of a blockbuster drug, advising on the development of country growth strategies in emerging markets, and helping two pharmaceutical companies integrate their commercial organizations following a merger.
Laura co-leads McKinsey’s European Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products Practice and is a core member of our interest groups for generics and Russian pharma.
Laura holds a PhD in semiconductor physics from Oxford University, where she was a Rhodes Scholar, and has published many scientific papers.
