About Kevin
Kevin is a principal in McKinsey’s Zurich office and a leader of our global Organization Practice. He has advised the senior executives of multinational corporations on strategic and organizational challenges in over 20 countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Kevin has played a key role in developing McKinsey’s work on global organizations. His experience spans a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, and professional services. His client work has included supporting a global construction equipment company in defining and executing a strategy to build its Asian business, helping an automotive company build a new sales and service network and raise performance over time, and assisting a pharmaceuticals company in strengthening its talent, leadership, and change management capabilities. Kevin also leads McKinsey’s work globally on leadership development, and has helped many companies in China, India, and Europe to build leadership capabilities.
A fluent Mandarin speaker, Kevin joined McKinsey in Beijing in 1997, founded our China Consumer Center in Shanghai, and led the McKinsey Center for Asian Leadership in Singapore. With 15 years’ experience in Asia, he has deep insights into the realities of marketing to consumers and businesses in the region, and especially in China.
