Florian is passionate about helping top teams, senior executives, and emerging leaders to become more effective. He helps companies to build capabilities for leadership development and to implement effective talent management practices. He has deep expertise in wide-scale organizational change, and has supported a number of global corporations in transforming their organization, culture, and talent.
In recent work for an Asian engineering and construction group, Florian helped to develop more than 500 leaders over a four-year period. He led the design and delivery of programs for senior managers and emerging leaders, and personally coached the top team.
