About Cédric
Cédric is a principal and leads McKinsey’s Geneva office. With 20 years’ experience in marketing and sales, primarily in the packaged goods industry, he brings deep expertise to his work in the consumer sector.
Among recent projects, Cédric helped a high-profile global retailer with a series of mergers and advised on post-merger management, served a leading UK-based cosmetics company undergoing commercial transformation, supported a Swiss department store with leadership development, and counseled a major nutrition company on organizational improvements.
Cédric co-leads McKinsey’s Consumer Practice and Marketing and Sales Practice in Europe. In addition to his marketing and sales focus, Cédric also has extensive experience of organization design and restructuring, complexity issues, performance transformation, and merger management.
Before joining McKinsey, Cédric spent seven years at Procter & Gamble, where he led multiple market launches in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
