Who should apply?

We welcome applications from people who have a master’s degree with less than two years of professional experience and:

  • A very good academic record marked by strong analytical skills
  • Experience obtained through internships, time abroad, and extracurricular achievements
  • A desire for personal impact and a commitment to learning
  • Fluency in either French or German and an excellent command of English.

What fellows do

As a fellow, you’ll work on client projects and take responsibility for your own part of the problem solving. You’ll play a key role in gathering data and contributing to the team’s recommendations, and you’ll present your work to senior client executives.

In the fellow program you’ll spend about two years developing broad business skills before taking educational leave to obtain your MBA or PhD, financially supported by McKinsey.
