About Ramon
Ramon Forn is a director in McKinsey's Barcelona office. He has led our work with financial institutions for the last six years and now leads the development of our Healthcare Practice in Iberia. He also advises a wide range of leading companies and public agencies across Europe and Latin America on strategy, organization, and operational performance.
In financial services, Ramon has worked with leading banks and insurance companies on a wide range of topics. More recently, he has focused on advising them on strategies to navigate the financial crisis and helping shape performance-improvement programs in this very challenging period.
In healthcare, Ramon has focused on the sustainability of public healthcare systems, helping them understand and respond to long-term trends as well as the short-term challenges of the economic crisis.
Ramon has worked with companies in a range of industries to strengthen their organizations and develop the capabilities and effectiveness of their managers. He also plays an active part in leadership development within McKinsey.
Outside McKinsey, Ramon has served on the advisory boards of several non-profit institutions, particularly in international cooperation, art, and educational fields.
