About Ruslan
Ruslan joined McKinsey in 2001. He leads our Organization Practice in Eastern Europe, our Strategy Practice in Moscow, and is a member of our Financial Services and Metals and Mining Practices. Ruslan also coordinates McKinsey’s external relations activities in Russia and the CIS.
Recent examples of Ruslan’s work include helping to define corporate-center functions and project-management systems performance for a major bank; supporting the financial restructuring of a major company, in cooperation with investment banks; leading pre-investment due diligence of a major company, also in cooperation with investment banks; working on competitive strategy development for an insurance company; developing a competitive advantage enhancement strategy within a specific sector of the Russian economy; operational performance improvement for a major company; key-performance-indicator system development and organizational design for a major international player; development and implementation of a capital-investment-optimization program for a major manufacturer; development of a capital-expenses-optimization program for a major Russian company; development of a sales strategy for a major international player.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Ruslan worked for Dell Computer Corporation and the World Bank Group.
