About Olga
Olga leads our Business Technology Practice in Moscow. She manages projects for telecom companies and financial organizations, and advises clients in other sectors on a broad range of topics related to operations and strategic applications of IT.
Her recent client experience with telecom companies includes developing and supporting the implementation of a large-scale operations transformation initiative for a Russian telecom provider; developing an outsourcing strategy for network operation and support; defining the target IT architecture for a large telecom provider in Eastern Europe; building an outsourcing strategy in IT applications development and support for a European telecom company; and leading a large-scale IT architecture transformation initiative for a European telecom operator.
Her recent client experience with financial organizations includes developing a profitability enhancement initiative for a Russian financial company; building an IT strategy for a major Russian bank; creating a go-to-market strategy for a financial organization; and executing an operations transformation and IT efficiency improvement for a major bank.
Olga is one of the leaders of McKinsey’s international program Women in Business in Moscow.
Before joining McKinsey, Olga worked as a consultant involved in implementing ERP systems, business-process redesign, and developing capabilities in organizational management and operations.
Olga conducted her post-graduate studies in mathematical modeling in economics and actuarial math at Moscow State University.
