About Oleg
Oleg Timchenko joined McKinsey & Company's Moscow office in 1999. He has extensive experience leading projects for clients in sectors as diverse as telecommunications; metals and mining; travel, infrastructure, and logistics; banking; and retail.
Currently Oleg focuses on serving telecommunications companies and financial institutions. His recent engagements in telecommunications include strategy design for a mobile operator, assessment of the impact of regulatory changes on market structure and company value, development of a subscriber-satisfaction improvement program, optimization of tariff policy, analysis of potential mergers and acquisitions, and optimization of investment process and portfolio.
