About Igor
Igor Yasenovets joined McKinsey in 2006 and is a principal in our Moscow office. He leads the Retail Banking Practice in Russia and the CIS.
Igor’s most recent engagements include developing retail strategies for several leading Russian and Eastern European banks; creating a payment and new services strategy for a leading Eastern European bank; leading a number of projects to help clients develop analytical capabilities in order to centrally drive sales in both banking and insurance; designing a new coverage model for the small business segment of a leading Russian bank; right-sizing the network of a leading Eastern European bank; and developing new organizations, governance models, and performance management infrastructures for a number of financial sector players in Russia and the CIS.
Igor is a co-leader of the Analytical Marketing in Banking service line. He also has significant experience in organizational design and large-scale transformations.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Igor worked as a legal counsel in the Moscow office of Standard & Poor’s, where he focused on structured finance transactions for clients from the CIS and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
