Recruiting Coordinator

Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator contributes to the execution of recruiting strategies for the Moscow office with the objective of meeting both office and firm targets for distinctive, high-caliber hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with lead recruiter/manager to plan recruiting event calendar and manage event logistics, scheduling and communications
  • Contribute to team strategic sessions and team projects
  • Oversee ongoing candidate data management, using existing tools and systems
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with consultants, candidates, and recruiting colleagues, being highly responsive to inquiries from all
  • Function as key contact for international source schools, as appropriate
  • Contribute to resume screening and decision meeting administration
  • Perform administrative functions for core teams, including maintaining student files, organizing conference calls, and responding to miscellaneous requests
  • Serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the attraction, interview, offer, and cultivation stages
  • Increasingly lead/contribute to recruiting projects beyond office/location

Desired skills:

  • Experience in event organization; ability to quickly respond to unplanned circumstances
  • Ability to keep high level view at all times while managing the details
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure; flexibility to travel, when necessary
  • Good knowledge of recruiting processes; basic business knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of basic computer applications (PowerPoint; Excel)

Background/training:

  • University degree
  • Typically 2+ years recruiting experience, ideally in professional services environment, corporate recruiting function or search firm
