Internships at McKinsey Moscow

Summer internship for MBAs

MBA students can apply for the summer associate position. The typical duration of the internship is 8 to 12 weeks in the summer between the first and second years of business school.

The summer associate works on a client engagement as a member of a McKinsey team during this period. At the end of the internship, the office will generally make a decision as to whether or not to extend to the intern a permanent offer for the associate position. Spring internship for bachelor's and master's degree students

Those in the final year of earning a bachelor's or master's degree can apply for the spring internship. The typical duration of the internship is 10 to 12 weeks in the spring. The intern works on a client engagement as a member of a McKinsey team during this period. At the end of the internship, the office will generally make a decision as to whether or not to extend to the intern a permanent offer for the business analyst position.

We accept applications from October 1 to October 31, 2012. The assessment process, including the Problem-Solving Test and interviews with our senior consultants and partners, takes place in November.

Internships in Knowledge Network

Our office also offers internships in our nonconsulting practice: Knowledge Network. The Knowledge Network intern supports consulting teams by performing research on industries and business development in Russia and CIS. The intern has the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of internal and external sources and develop strong research and analytical skills. Opportunities are available year-round and may lead to an offer for a full-time position in Knowledge Network.
