Prepare for Problem-Solving Test

As part of the interview process, selected candidates will be asked to complete the McKinsey Problem-Solving Test. This is a multiple-choice, case-based test that assesses your problem-solving abilities and helps us understand how well you would perform as a McKinsey consultant. In addition to helping us understand your skills, this exercise will also provide you with a better idea of what our consultants do.

Prepare for interviews

Candidates who are invited to interview participate in experience interviews and case interviews. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our interview techniques. We have provided resources to aid in your preparation.

Note: Please be informed that we require fluency in Russian to be considered for a position with our Moscow office.
