Ambassador Program
McKinsey & Company’s Moscow office launched the Ambassador Program along with the mentorship initiative to give students from local universities an opportunity to connect with our consultants and learn more about management consulting and McKinsey. Many of our “ambassadors” are active alumni of their universities.
As part of the Ambassador Program, our consultants organize different events, including information sessions about McKinsey, industry- and function-specific lectures, skill-development seminars, business-case training, interview preparation, and Q&A sessions. Within the framework of the mentorship initiative, students are able to interact with our consultants to learn more about our firm and people.
