Our Dublin office hires people from graduate level through to experienced professionals. People with an undergraduate or master’s degree typically join McKinsey as business analysts. Experienced professionals with more than two years’ solid work experience and postgraduates studying for a doctorate, advanced professional degree or MBA tend to join as junior associates or associates.
