About Thomas
Thomas London works with a broad range of health-care institutions in France and across Europe on improving their performance. Clients include states, public-sector health establishments and agencies, hospital groups, public and private hospitals, and health insurers. He has tackled issues as diverse as health-care system-level strategies, the regional organization of the health-service provision, and hospital operational performance—from the definition of health-care strategy to the implementation of transformation programs, and from governance problems to performance issues. He also supports clients in defining global strategies and optimizing their organizations.
Thomas London contributed to the Marescaux Commission’s work on the future of the French university hospital system, and is a member of the Montaigne Institute’s health-care monitoring group.
