About Thierry
Thierry Nautin is an expert in operational excellence and in the transformation of managerial dynamics in services. He is now based in McKinsey’s Paris office, after some time in our Montreal office.
Thierry Nautin pilots lean-management programs for European financial clients, including banks, insurance, and transaction and infrastructure services. The programs are often complex, involving several countries, large pools of employees, and multiple business lines and functions. He has also conducted lean-management programs for phone carriers, professional services, pharmaceutical, and construction companies.
His expertise in lean transformation covers every company function—including marketing and sales, operations, back-office support—and all phases of the transformation, from initial diagnostic to conception to implementation. Thierry participates actively in the development of McKinsey’s knowledge about lean management and in our lean training programs. He is a member of the Thomas More Leadership Institute.
