About Sébastien
Sébastien Lacroix in a principal in McKinsey’s Paris office. Previously, he worked in our New York and Singapore offices.
Sébastien leads our work for private-banking clients, both in France and across Europe. He also co-leads the firm’s work for retail-banking and asset-management clients in Europe.
Sébastien specializes in growth and reorganization issues, advising clients in banking, wealth management, and insurance. He is particularly active in designing entry strategies for new geographic markets, piloting post-merger management programs, and improving operational processes and organizational structures. He also conducts due diligence in these areas for European and US private-equity funds.
In addition, he organizes McKinsey’s annual Private Banking Survey, and has contributed to several recent R&D initiatives in the savings market and retail banking. He also dedicates part of his time to higher education and research in France.
