About Matthieu
Based in Paris, Matthieu Pélissié du Rausas works primarily with advanced-industry clients, including high tech, automotive, telecommunications, and aerospace and defense firms. He also supports chemical-industry clients.
Matthieu focuses on strategic issues, such as corporate industrial development strategies, growth strategies, due diligences, alliances and joint ventures, and go-to-market strategies. He also frequently works on operational issues, including sales, resource, and production-system optimization.
He has extensive experience in reorganizations and transformation programs for large industrial clients. He also advises his clients on innovation, strategic marketing and, more generally, on moving industrial products up to the high-end market.
Matthieu Pélissié du Rausas contributes to research on major trends within the manufacturing sector, such as the impact of increases in the cost of capital or Internet technologies.
