About Matteo
Matteo Pacca co-leads the firm’s work in France related to business technology, mainly for insurance and asset-management clients.
Matteo counsels banking and insurance clients on optimizing the costs and performance of their information systems and operations. He also helps clients develop and optimize their IT architecture, designing IT strategies and improving operational performance. He has also supported a number of financial institutions with merger management and the accompanying transformation programs.
Matteo has contributed to many big-data initiatives, researching how productivity and competitiveness can benefit from a better use of the data captured by financial institutions. He regularly participates in conferences dedicated to big-data issues in France.
