About Katya
Katya is an expert in piloting large IT projects and co-leads the firm’s work in business technology in France. Now based in Lyon, she has also worked in our London and Moscow offices.
Katya’s core expertise is in steering large-scale IT projects: IT strategy and architecture, project management, operational expertise in application development, compliance, organization, and coaching. She applies this expertise across a number of sectors in which IT is strategically important, especially telecommunications, transport, industry, and the financial and public sectors.
Katya is also active in McKinsey’s value assurance knowledge development initiative, which aims to help large corporations manage their IT projects more rigorously.
