About Julie
Based in Paris, Julie Avrane-Chopard specializes in B2B telecommunications, IT services and software, and defense. Her clients in these sectors include large companies in Europe and the Middle East. She works primarily on strategy, M&A, and post-merger integration issues in cross-border contexts, as well as large-scale transformation plans. Her projects range from the operational transformation of a big IT client, to the development of cloud offerings for a high-tech company to sales-force and marketing optimization in the aerospace and defense sector.
In addition to her consulting work, she contributes periodically to Recall, a publication produced by McKinsey’s Telecommunications Practice.
