Jean-Baptiste Coumau supports his global and local clients with portfolio strategies, brand development, increasing the effectiveness of marketing investments, and redefining their marketing organization. His clients include leading luxury, automobile, insurance, and retail groups.

Jean-Baptiste Coumau co-authored Manager par la Marque with Jean-François Gagne and Emmanuel Josserand. He serves on the board of directors of the Society of Friends of the Maeght Foundation and is a member of the Blue Ocean Strategy Network.
