About Hortense
Hortense de la Boutetière co-leads McKinsey’s work in the health-care sector in France. Now based in Paris, she previously worked in our Singapore office.
Across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Hortense de la Boutetière works on transformation programs for hospitals, health-care organizations, and health-care companies, as well as for energy-sector clients. Her advice focuses on the diagnostic, functional reorganization, and transformation-plan implementation phases.
She is an engineer and began her career in the French armed forces’ health service.
