About Filippo
Filippo Rossi helps to pioneer our work in the application of lean methods to large investment projects, particularly in energy and raw materials.
Filippo Rossi has deep knowledge of infrastructures and production operations in the electric power and natural gas industries. He has also worked in other basic materials, including aluminum, fertilizers, and mining. He has carried out more than 150 projects across the EMEA region.
He also helps to lead our client work in the electricity and natural sector in Europe, and he directs McKinsey’s global R&D effort on capital productivity. Now based in Paris, he previously spent 15 years in our Rome office.
