About Clarisse
Clarisse Magnin-Mallez’s core expertise lies in two areas: in merchandising and commercial strategies—particularly, category strategy, purchasing, and assortment; she is also deeply experienced in supply-chain issues and operational efficiency, including sourcing, logistics and in-store operations. Her clients comprise global brands in consumer-packaged-goods, luxury goods, food, and specialist-retail sectors. She also works for private-equity companies in Europe.
With her knowledge of capability development and adjustment, Clarisse Magnin-Mallez also drives the French office’s research efforts in labor market and skills. She is one of the authors of the McKinsey Global Institute’s report French employment 2020: Five priorities for action.
After having worked in the Boston, New York, and New Jersey offices, she is now based in Paris office.
