About Bruno
Bruno Faucher specializes mostly in the strategy, operations, and organization areas. He helped to launch McKinsey’s work in lean retailing, which applies lean-manufacturing-production principles to retailing. He has guided a number of transformations in various retail formats for both regional and global clients.
He is a co-founder of the Cercle de la Stratégie (CSO Group), which brings together strategy executives of large French groups each quarter to informally discuss relevant issues.
