About Andrés
Based in Paris, Andrés Hoyos-Gómez leads our business technology office in France.
He advises companies in the consumer-packaged-goods and financial-services sectors on IT strategic and operational questions, such as IT strategy and governance, digitalization, lean IT, supplier strategies, and IT localization. He also coordinates our work for business technology clients within other sectors in France, including public sector, healthcare, telecom, and media.
Within the consumer-packaged-goods sector, Andrés Hoyos-Gómez has led several international projects, both in mature and emerging markets. These projects have comprised IT blueprints, enterprise-resource-planning and multichannel strategies, as well as integrated-process and technology transformations.
For financial-services clients, Andrés Hoyos-Gómez has led cross-border integration and optimization projects in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. These have involved defining operational models for operations and IT, operational lean management, and outsourcing or offshoring strategies for back-offices.
He has also co-authored several white papers on the strategic value of IT in partnership with the CIGREF, an association of French CIOs.
