McKinsey’s Organization Practice in Japan brings over 40 years of accumulated insights and experience to clients, allowing practice members to advise Japanese and global companies on a wide range of organizational issues.

We invest in original research around the globe that allows us to develop cutting-edge knowledge and tailor it to the context of Japanese firms. We advise Japanese and foreign companies doing business in Japan on issues ranging from transformational change and talent management and development to organization design, organizational health, and merger management.

In recent years we have focused on organizational aspects of globalization, including developing global talent, globalizing organization culture, designing global organizations, and managing post-acquisition of cross-border deals.
