About Todd
Todd leads our Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail Practice in Asia and works directly with manufacturers and retailers in Asia, Australia, and the US.
Todd advises client leaders on global growth strategies and large-scale change programs, often focusing on improving go-to-market strategies and multichannel sales operations to expand consumer reach and insight in emerging markets. His recent work has included support to retailers in several markets on end-to-end multi-channel development and packaged-goods company branch and supply-chain transformation, where he has combined his industry and functional expertise.
As a long-time member of our Marketing & Sales Practice and Consumer & Shopper Insights (CSI) group, Todd provides deep expertise in consumer analytics and insights—particularly insights into winning in various Asian markets.
