About Tasuku
Tasuku is a leader of our Healthcare Practice in Japan and Asia. He serves primarily pharmaceutical and medical-product companies as well as companies in adjacent sectors in the areas of strategic alliance and joint-venture negotiations and management.
Beyond his corporate finance expertise, his recent projects included developing emerging-market strategies, R&D strategies, and organizational transformation. Tasuku frequently counsels client-leadership teams about the development and execution of globalization strategies. His experience also extends to sales and marketing, and he recently led two separate digital-marketing projects focusing on helping Japanese companies refine their promotion strategies for branded drugs.
Tasuku has led McKinsey in Japan’s alliance and JV group and has published widely on the topic of alliances between Japan-based companies and Western partners.
